Spotlight (formerly known as NSP Review) is jointly published by the Treatment Action Campaign and SECTION27.

We aim to provide critical analysis and varying perspectives on South Africa’s response to TB and HIV. We are committed to shining a light on the realities experienced by users of the public healthcare system. We believe that well-informed healthcare workers and members of the public have a critical role to play in the improvement of the public healthcare system.

Spotlight also has a particular focus on monitoring the implementation of South Africa’s National Strategic Plan (NSP) for HIV, STIs and TB. You can find the plan itself on the website of the South African National AIDS Council (SANAC).
